Betty, who we have known for many years, always was a bit fussy when it came to apartments. She had such strict preferences that when we heard she was going on holiday to England we were wondering how she would find anything to her liking. She said she finally did find something after several weeks of online searching. The one area she found by doing a search Holiday Apartments was of great help to her she told us. She found a 1 bedroom apartment with private bath on the second floor (she wanted second floor because of security issues and felt this would be safer than a first-floor one) of a small apartment complex in Birmingham.
She had been wanting to meet a pen pal of hers from that area but needed a place to stay for only a month, so finding this place in Birmingham would work out well as it was a “short term” rental, she mentioned.
